The firm was originally conceived, in 2004, as a boutique law firm “Guzman Yarza, Estudio Jurídico”specialized in representing non mexican clients acquire leisure properties in the beautiful Baja California and Baja California Sur beach fronts, plan for their now bi-national estates and prevent and minimize taxes, take care of their immigration status in México and manage their vacation properties while they were back in the USA.
Time passed and those initial clients saw opportunities to invest and create new successful businesses in México, so we got involved with business startups, international corporate law, taxes, compliance, cross border financial contracts … and we started counseling clients referred by those initial clients so we devoted all our time to the firm.
We saw the opportunity to open new markets on uncharted territory, we migrated to North Carolina, and in 2018 we obtained the licence to practice as a Foreign Legal Consultant for Mexico in the State of North Carolina. “Guzman Yarza, Estudio Jurídico” with more than 20 years of legal experience evolved into Esteban Guzman Yarza Foreign Legal Consultant, México, holding one of the only two FLC licences in the State of North Carolina. As part of North Carolina’s dynamic community we look forward to create wealth and cultural and economic growth in our state by successfully representing clients doing business, investing, selling, traveling or having some interest in México (EstadosUnidos Mexicanos) and in doing so we are committed to the highest personal and professional standards.
